"Jewelry Making" has 18,100 Exact searches / 135,000 Phrase
"Wedding Jewelry" has 18,100 Exact searches / 49,500 Phrase

Both terms also have high competition and an endless supply of potential end users.
These are two of the better domains I have seen recently up for appraisal.

Novelties.net is also a great domain. Another niche with an almost endless supply of end users.

It has hard to put a value on these, but I would not sell cheap. These all have HUGE potential.
