I had a domain broker tell me it should bring 6 figures, but he's had it for 3 months with no offers yet. I am looking to get an idea of what it realistically should bring.
I guess it depends on what you hope to get for it...and how long you want to wait.
A mortgage domain has not sold since 2018...then it for $100.
Capital is a great first word and you might want to hold onto it and hope a company buys it? If a mortgage company wants it then they would be willing to pay $$$$ for it.
I would put a time limit on it and take a reasonable offer.
