I own CapitalMortgage.com.

I had a domain broker tell me it should bring 6 figures, but he's had it for 3 months with no offers yet. I am looking to get an idea of what it realistically should bring.

I guess it depends on what you hope to get for it...and how long you want to wait.
A mortgage domain has not sold since 2018...then it for $100.
Capital is a great first word and you might want to hold onto it and hope a company buys it? If a mortgage company wants it then they would be willing to pay $$$$ for it.
I would put a time limit on it and take a reasonable offer.

I am not sure what the person above is referring to about no mortgage domain sales since 2018.

A quick Google search shows many potential end users. I would only consider serious (5) figure offers if I owned this domain.

Nice domain and makes good sense. Since its a hot niche, I think it can bring good 4 to 5 figure end user sale.
