Yes - we also work with Playboy on TM retrievals and have for the past 3 years. They are real tough on anything that has the words playboy or playgirl in them. They are not at all afraid of WIPO or UDRP - Best thing is to just transfer the name to them if in doubt or get a legal opinion. Checks are signed by Christine Hefner (no bunnies on the checks - Ha Ha) - Best of luck.
