PHP and MT_Rand

I have this:

$damage = mt_rand(1,$damnumber);

and it doesnt work for some reason.

Should it work?

Ya. it is suppose to 100.

Nvm everyone. I got it. It was a mysql error. I alway figure it out AFTER i ask for help..

It was a mysql thing. i had mysql_fetch_row instead of mysql_fetch_array
