Best of luck to your cousin, but please do a little research before donating to those folks.

There are hundreds of rescue groups who actually HELP animals in need, instead using donations for pricey marketing campaigns to support an agenda which ultimately wants to abolish service animals for the disabled, search and rescue dogs, and pet ("companion animal") ownership ("guardianship") itself.
