Paying Well For Revenue Domains (12-36 mnths+)

Looking for domains making a minimum of $10.00/month. Would prefer $25+.

Will pay multiples of 12-36 months, possibly higher for a real gem. Looking for domains with type in traffic ONLY. No dropped websites. NO TM'S. Please have at least 3 months traffic/revenue stats to show me.

I'm a newbie domainer, but a very experienced web master. I know how to check whether traffic is legit.

I'm not looking for a bargain, I'll pay what it's worth. Basically I'm really sick of developing sites from scratch and would like to start with domains that already have traffic.

I can pay via a Paypal verified account, or Escrow. Budget = high $$$$. More if you've got a true gem and need cash fast.

Only interested in dealing with members with 5+ tr.
