Nice domain. The domain of the sale you mentioned and the domain is now currently parked.
I'm wondering if the domain has been sold again or that there was no real end user involved with the sale you mentioned.

That is something to think about

Secondly i think you should make a inventory of al real estate agents involved with that specific area and contact them to see if there is interest.
I am not sure if the area of Pasadena holds any estate properties but if it does it does makes this domain interesting and a quick sale may very well possible.

I don't know if in the U.S. the term Estate is being recognized as real Estate as well since i am still a bit confused on that one.
The value is mainly based how applicable the term is. OVT scores for Estate are interesting though ( 46714 )

Just some thoughts i wanted to share and hopefully a little more clarification how applicable this term is can be brought to the discussion.
If i was you i would drop by a real estate agent in you neighbourhood and get to the bottom of it.

Just make a suprise visit and drop in without notice and ask them what their view is on that matter.
If it is positive in the sense that there is quite a substantial amount of business in Estates and especially in that area then there could be a nice sale involved.
