Established Partially developed site for sale.

www.gymclub.us is for sale.

The site is not fully developed as you can see ,and has no traffic revenue etc...

I was planning on developing this site them selling it on but my next project is already taking up most of my time,so i am looking to sell for best offer above $70

The site lists health ang gym clubs in the us.

there are over 45,000 records (thats 45,000 pages right there) imagine all the google adds.

for all gyms/health clubs, are there name,address,city,state, and phone number.

(it also has mod_rewrite)

The name is at registermate and has close to 1yr left till it expires.

I currently host the site on my reseller and it can stay there for a couple of weeks for free.

I cant help/move the site to your server you would need to do this yourself or someone else.
