    Hi there,

    Hope you are all well.

Just a question regarding putting my domains on Marketplaces.

I will be using 5 of them: SEDO; GODADDY AUCTIONS; AFTERNIC; DAN & EFTY.

Getting a bit confused here, as I have red on a forum that it is the best to put all the domains on all those marketplaces, but the domain should be parked only with one of them to get the best results.

I have spent some time speaking with a GoDaddy customer support, they kept telling me that there is no need to park it on a single Marketplace, as this will make no difference.

Since all of my domains are registered with NameCheap, and are pointing to InmotionHosting nameservers (all of those domains are addons pointing to my website, where I display all of my domains for sale as well).

Should I just put those TXT records from all those marketplaces, and leave it like that, or you advise doing it differently? What would be my best bet please? Just want to make sure I do it correctly straight from the beginning..

    Appreciate your help as always!

I'm not an expert in selling domains.
I have quite a good experience in parking.
Imo it's better that the landing page of the domain points to one marketplace page where there is a BIN price (if your main goal is to sell the domain). This for simplicity and to avoid confusion on a potential buyer.
Put yourself in the shoes of a potential buyer who has seen a sales page and when he comes back the second time he sees another page.
Then if you list your domain to multiple market is a good practice.

Thank you! Looks like I have figured it out, as I still want the domains pointing to my website when someone types them in the URL box, probably my best bet is not to park those domain on Marketplaces at all, instead just listing the domains itself for sale on them.

    Hi

there is a big difference, between "parking" a domain, and "listing" a domain, on a marketplace.

    for instance:

all my domains are listed on various marketplaces, ( including my own site) and i also have them parked at various PPC platforms, some of which include voodoo.com, bodis.com, internettraffic.com, parkingcrew.com, etc.

each of the ppc platforms that currently don't have a marketplace per se`, still deliver inquiries and sales on occasion,. as well as any PPC revenue earned from those parked domains.

it's basically your choice to do a combination of, or and all in one solution, for your domains.

    imo....
