TRADEMARKED NAME - Question is - would you still try and buy it ????

Just wondering as there are alot of people bidding for a name at snap

Do you think registers - Drop companies should be allowed to put a Trademarked name up for sale ???

Well, what name ;)

It's not so much the name but the circumstances I was interested in other people thoughts on this.

I wouldn't even try to deal with any TM issue.

They DO auction such names and they won't refund any $$ if there's a problem with the domain. I've read of at least a couple of cases where this happened.

I'd never intentionally buy a TM-ed name. There's just too much potential hassle for not nearly enough potential gain.

People who see value in tm names and tm typos and tm word combos are nothing more than profiteering pirates that give this industry a very foul smell.

I personally think that Drop companies/registers should not be allowed to put a Trademarked name up for sale ??? Surely they should hold some reponsibility as technically they are the ones that are selling it in the first place for quite often big bucks.

Anyone have any opinions on how they get away with it from a legal standpoint ??
