I have some pretty good roofing domains and have had no luck with outbound even at $350.
One guy who wanted one but flaked out.

Well, that would depend on the kind of keywords that makes up the domain name bro.

City+Roofer.com at $225, no result. One interested buyer, but disappeared after a couple of days.

I had few sales with City+roofing keyword in range of 200-300$ however it was via outreach and took time to close.

    Hi jideofor,

    Congratz on the sale. :)
Would you mind sharing the domain, or if it was a geo / keyword?

    Thank you.

    Peace,
    Kenny
