domain Opinion on 3-Character .ORG: Np0.org – Worth Holding or Listing Now?

I own the 3-character .org NP0.org (the last character is a zero, not the letter “O”).
Creation/renewal: May 2025 – May 2027 at Namecheap.
I’m trying to decide whether to:
1.Hold as a long-term chip (3C .orgs seem to be dwindling fast);
2.List now to catch a niche buyer—perhaps a nonprofit, “Net-Zero” sustainability project, or “NPO” (non-profit org) brand that likes the play on letters;

I’m open to feedback.
