"I just purchased the FAQ and its basically a business in a box. More than worth the $9.95 price tag. It's a very concise, well written PDF with a Q&A style that gives a comprehensive recipe for success with geo outbound sales. All you need to add is the perseverance and hard work. Thanks @infosec3 for a great document at fair price."

great product. already made sales to end users :)
i have a question for the OP, if i happen to catch a name that is related to high income businesses (lawyers, doctors etc.) can realistic price tag be increased? for example if i have a [USCity]BankruptcyAttorney.com where [USCity] is 1 million+metro in population, can the price tag for a realistic sale be increased from your recommended $250-500?

@33S
I am glad to know it is working for you. In reference to your question, yes, adjusting prices depending on the quality of the name is something I do all the time.

To give you an example, just last week I registered a name with NewYork + a very nice keywords that, although not very popular, refers to a service for which some companies charge a lot of money, sometimes in the thousands.

I knew as soon as I saw the name it was worth more than $500. I priced it at $680 and found a buyer the same day. The buyer asked me if we could settle at $625 and I accepted.

As you have read on my 50 Questions & Answers product, I suggest including the price on the first communication with the end-user for names under $500. However, for names I decide to price over $500, I send and email without the price and only state the price on my response to end-users who ask "How much?".

If you haven't done so, check also my Full 60-minute video on selling hand reg. names HERE.

Send me a PM if you would like a discount coupon before you buy it. Thanks

We reactivated the sale page now, because we are selling Filesville.com (the domain and possibly the rights to the video). It is being sold on Flippa. So the eBook and video are temporarily available until Filesville.com sells.

Thanks
