Online Journal with real content
I've developed the site,

An online journal with a business plan and real content. All programming and design work is completed. All that's required is someone with an interest in the content, and ideas about where to take it.
I own both domain names - .com and .org - they are both included in the package. The site is based on the popular Wordpress software.
I've had the domain name independently appraised (can provide certificate) at $7500. I'm interested in any offers, really. I intend to provide technical transition support, or if desired, I can provide ongoing hosting service and tech. assistance.
