question One-word dot info domains?

Hi all

Would it be a good idea to invest in a handful of one-word .info domains? I picked one up this week because it was super cheap (not a good sign, but hey ho)

Have they decreased in popularity? Were they ever popular?

Interested to know your opinions on this

When you say a handful and being super cheap, I'm already getting the bad feeling. I wouldn't bother, unless it's a really good / relevant term. Even then, you'll find a lot of the reported sales with SAV and GoDaddy this year finding some thin Low XXX value (take for example a word like "shirt" or "clothing"). The performance isn't great IMO

I only own the one .info but I'd be happy with Low XXX to be honest for the price paid if it sold before the renewal.
99% of what I own so far are .com's

IMHO it's worth if it's a premium keyword.
