3DFile.net
3DFile.org
3DObjectFiles.com
3DPrintingFiles.com

I mentioned that I sold 3DShoe.com for $2,000. Wish I'd held out for more.
No.... I think you did exactly the right thing.
I don't see it being any more valuable today as when you sold it. It really was a luck shot.
Some things that seem to make sense today may be gone tomorrow.
When this gets going, there may be a new street name for it all in the eyes of the consumer.
Outside of files, models and a few other terms, I did not take this to far with dictionary words.
I just imagined a few likely business models and went from there.
Kinda brings renewed life to the old WIDGETS term.
! Nice names ! I like the last one.

There are a few sites that you can view the 3D model/cad files and purchase or license the file you want/need and download it. It is the future. Even UPS has been trying to hammer out a biz model for such a thing for a few years now, knowing that it will affect what they do dramatically, eventually.
But I do think there are some brand-ables out there if you use your imagination.

Yes, I think your correct on price but didn't know who.
But it comes down to how many fit in this market sub-niche and the 'strength' of them to afford a high end domain.
3Dshoe resolves to 3dshoes and may be the only name in use so the rest is investor over speculation.

Candy will be the most mass printer, as every kid wants to make and design his/her own candy. They are already the most selling ones.
