Offer received on GoDaddy Auction. Afternic don't communicate me the offer.

I've received an offer on my domain on godaddy auctions.
On the detail page of domain I read: Bids/Offers: 1.
Searching by name, in the offers column I read: 1.
So, there is an offer on my domain.
But... I've received an email from afternic in order to specify the floor / bin price for that domain.
Guess what? They don't communicate me the offer, they don't tell me there is an offer and how much this offer is.
They want to know the prices.
But before that i want to know how much this offer is (I've set minimum $ 500).
They don't reply to my emails.
And I've only 24 hours to set the prices.
Very strange behaviour.
Please advice me.

Another strange thing.
That domain, weeks ago was listed on godaddy auctions with my godaddy account (payed $ 5 for annual fee).
And listed on afternic.
Now, after received the offer the domain is disappear from my godaddy auction list.
I have listed 4 domain in that gtld, 3 are still listed now, the fourth (domain with the offer) is disappear.
So I can not read how much potential buyer offer me.
Strange guys.
I don't understand.

Afternic doesn't communicate me the bid for my domain ins [dot] cloud.
Please note I've discover the bid, saw go daddy auctions. Nobody informed me!
Check the screenshot, as you can see my domain has received an offer, but afternic doesn't reply to my request.

Minimum bid / Reserve price were $ 500.
The domain is MY property, I'm the owner of the domain, if I receive an offer on MY domain I want to know the offer.
They can not hide an offer on MY domain, and work without contact me.
Now they're disappear, I don't know the offer, and probably the sale will not be made.
I've lost a sale on MY domain without having had the opportunity to participate in the negotiations.
Please help me if you know how to accept (eventually) the offer.
Very disappointed with afternic, I'll remove all my domains from that market, this is the most unprofessioanl behaviour I've ever seen!

I don't speak english very well.
The most important question is only 1: Why call them??? To know an offer on MY domain?
Sound crazy, or not?
They have to communicate the offer on MY domain if domain receive an offer! It's their work!
Afternic has an "Offer received" page in the control panel, what is it? If they don't communicate the offer?
They work with MY/OUR property/ies without being informed is the abusive behavior that might exist.
Be careful with Afternic, they work with OUR properties without communications!

You should call them. Ofcourse, they are wrong, but you don't want to lose your sale.

Call them is the best solution. But as I said I don't speak english very well.
If someone want help me and call for me, I offer the 5% of the sale price, if we sell the domain.
