domain Obama-McCain.Info lands top in yahoo and Google searches

Hi all. I picked up this name at the end of January to test my skills at SEO. I’m not really into politics but threw up some info and now find myself in the top spot of over 18 million pages when you search ‘compare obama mccain’ or ‘obama mccain comparison’ in Yahoo. The same search in Google lands me in the top 5 or so of 12 million. I don’t have the proper time to keep the site up to date and figure now is the best time to sell. What do you think it’s worth and in which venue shall I try to sell it?

not sure what you are doing, but when I google "compare obama mccain", you are #1...but the trouble is you are #1 of 1

I have no idea how you get those other numbers, but based on my search, the value is reg fees

For me, it appears just at the bottom of first page for google, ranking number #10, out of 10 million searchs. Great seo technique you have there! :kickass:

Do you "dash" to or from the infamous "-"?

I like the domain name and it seems full of potential, but it makes me wonder about the pros and cons of using the dash/hyphen in a name.

I'm not a fan of using it, do you think the dash/hyphen helps or harms the value of a domain name?

Regardless of my dash question, I think that you have a decent .info domain and the timing couldn't be better!
