Sites value are based on Monthly income generally, so it's hard to say. I would just monitize it while you can.

yea slap sum ads R sumthing on there generate sum revenue

you can use many other revenue generating methods that adsense/adwords!
but you could earn $xx per click if your lucky or .01 with adsense
but i bet most of the bids on the obama and mccain keywords will be greater than 1cent being they only have a limited time for promotion!
u can also blend the ads so they dont look to generic
or you can find a good affiliate that fits this niche so it doesnt look like advertisement!

proves that you can get good serp results with a .info


as for appraisal with no revenue and a name that may be of no relevance after elections next month! its hard to say unless you plan to sell the site NOW /2day
I think it will be hard to find a buyer after the elections!

i have a number of political sites and the rpc is low and the ctr's are usually lower than other niches - even with the exact same layout. Your bonus is the traffic levels - that should still help you earn some money. Try cpa ads as well for political related things like polling companies, political products etc.

Being a new "Niche" I'm sure it's difficult to get accurate search numbers on something like this, and then it'll be gone just as fast.

My keywords are:
compare, obama, mccain, mccain obama, obama mccain

Most of the visitors come wih Obama McCain, some form of compare or comparison, and an issue like iraq, immigration, or abortion.

These adwords are adding up nicer than I thought, I'm going to wait a couple more hours to see my very first 24 hours results. Thanks again.

"Adwords" is when you pay google for traffic

"Adsense" is when google pays you for people clicking thier ads on your website

So if you say Adsense people will understand you better
