Actually, I did just call them, from the Greater Boston area. Instead of being connected to their local office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, I reached their support center in Cologne, Germany. The German woman was very articulate and helpful.
Kudos to Sedo, for addressing this issue and expanding their customer service hours to include weekends!
