Chinese Domain investor Aligogo(nick name) just told us that he has just bought 227.cn and 229.cn. The average price of each one is around 300k CNY ($45k).

Aligogo bought the 229.cn in the auction. The seller recommended 227.cn as well when the auction was over. Aligogo bargained and got 227.cn at the price slightly below 300K CNY. The two transactions are both finished right now.

229.cn and 227.cn are both AAB pattern domain names with nice phase. Domain names like these two, which are short, memorable and easy to type, are suitable for both investing or building navigation, online game or e-commerce website. The market value of the domain names is obvious.

Now Aligogo also have NNN.cn domain names 278.cn and 598.cn. He holds an optimistic expectation of this kind of domain names. “The prices of NNN.com domains are all above millions of CNY now. The prices of NNN.cn with no “4” or “0” are around 300k CNY. And investors seldom sell this kind of domains right now.”

In his point of view, Aligogo perceives that NNN.cn shall be one of hard currency in the domain name market with great potentials. Nowadays NNN.com domain names are very popular in the secondary market. NNN.cn domain names shall also get a slice of the cake. The quick sales of 693.cn and 657.cn as well as the good price of 136.cn (exceeding 440k CNY) all reflect the potential of the NNN.cn domain names. Thus NNN.cn domain names would be the next big hit in the Chinese domain name market.

FYI, 069.cn was auctioned for ￥45,000 CNY on August,4th, but didn't meet its reserve price.
064.cn was auctioned for ￥27,000 CNY one month ago.

1000 possible 3L combos - 20 remain. For whatever reason these are the last - some names had to lead and some names had to bring up the rear.
