There is a trademark not only for "Nintendo", but also "Nintendo World".
I would get rid of it soon.

Sorry, huge TM issue. I would of researched that before registration. Try letting go very soon.

One thing you may do though, is try a fan site...usually they won't come after you if its a fan site.

I also wrote at the bottom of every page that Nintendo logo is trademark of Nintedo and etc.

Will it be better if I email Nintendo telling that I registered that domain for making a fan message board but I found out that Nintendo World is a fan site. And ask if I can keep it or I should give it to Nintendo?

Do you think its a good idea?

Email them of course... i believe they have a 1800 number too?

You could also not do anything, and if they come after you just tell them to be quiet and leave you alone. Best of luck

I would e-mail them they probably will let you keep if you’re making it into a fan site, since it is promoting their product. Good luck
