Iwantclip.com is a niche video site for terms related to "hot girls". You as a webmaster never have to do any work at all. The script(custom) indexes all content for a term you pick and puts them as .html files on your site. The script has been up around 2 weeks and there's already over 180+ pages indexed on Google. Look around the site, type something into the search bar, view the amazing seo features and potential it has.
Adsense can be changed in 10 seconds as they're all in include and template type files. Changing the template is a breeze as well and only took me around 10 minutes. This script is amazing and really takes advantage of Google.
Traffic:
I recently did some on site seo such as changing some <h1> tags around, adding some descriptions and more. I was receiving around 25-30 natural organic hits (all from google) with no advertisement anywhere at all except a link or two from my blog. After the changes, it's skyrocketed to 180+ uniques a day and growing. Revenue:
I changed the template of Iwantclip yesterday hoping for a better ad placement, which I think I've achieved. The previous template had really bad ad placement in my opinion which hurt in revenue. In less then 2 weeks it's received around 3+/- dollars from adsense which I think will increase with the recent template change.

Other:
The revenue options of this are amazing with one business model which is selling links. If Iwantclip achieves a PR, which it will, the ability to sell links at the bottom of pages will bring in a lot of money. Not to mention you'll earn more as the site gets more traffic and se traffic from adsense. You could add AdultFriendFinder or some other affiliate program like that which would convert extremely better.
