discuss Newbie questions - Trade, build, lease domains

Hi, having rejoined domaining after a hiatus, wondering people's thoughts on a few things:

1) Is there a place to trade domain names? For example, some of us might not be able to afford some premium domain names, but own some ourselves. So perhaps trading one for another is possible?

2) What is the market for renting out domain names? Is there much possibility or success? For example, lets say one owns "petcontest.com", maybe every month rent out the domain name to a different pet vendor that wants to run a contest?

3) What's the percentage of people on NP that buy/sell domains vs built out the domains into websites and businesses.

4) Brandable vs keyword, which is more valuable? (e,g. cars.com vs carvana.com or delivery.com vs doordash.com)
