Depending on what you paid, you could make a profit.

You should be able to make a small profit ... are you going to develop it then sell the website, or just sell the domain name?

Good luck and welcome to NamePros!

Estibot estimated at 674.00 - is that how much i should start out listing it for? I wasn't planning on building a website just selling the domain - and thank u all

@HaleyNT1

Hi there, and welcome to the community! Estibot appraisals are just a suggestion -- and do not reflect on an actual price range for the domain. I would start attempting to outbound the name to companies and people who would find it relevant in order to turn a small profit from here.

Best of luck!

Welcome to Namepros :)

Have you tried parking to see if it has some traffic? You can build an affiliate site for that.
If you don't really want to develop, try to list it at marketplaces and do some outbound emails.

Though EstiBot occasionally provides meaningful price suggestions, they're often inflated and unreflective of the true value. Be cautious, and make your best effort to ascertain what value exists in any given domain by comparatively analyzing it against past sales, and current bids!

Best of luck to you and your future! Welcome :)

Thank you guys! This was my first domain purchase and it seems to be a dud. Right now I am doing a lot of reading and educating myself before I make another purchase.

personally I don't like your domain name, to long and not good! :) but my friend google tell different! so I am sure, you can make profit, if you can sell or develped that domain :)

I think skin specilist have interest to buy that domain! at least he can save their PPC budget for long run!
try to list them on sedo, afternic or godaddy! give them reasonable prices such $299 or $300, I am sure, some one will buy, if they think profit!

anyway, don't try with 2k price, or premium price :) because your domain more than 2 words, and hard to type in browser :) though, it can save PPC

addtional info

I know some docter for skin specialist! I think for them money are not the issue :) just play nice with them, and you can get money from them :)

I am not sure its a dud, I think you could get a decent price with a little marketing, if it were my name I would just type it in google and see the advertisers that show up to get there website(don't click on the links because they pay for the traffic) sometimes I contact the ones with crappy domain names first.
I would put the price in email, and say if not interested I wont send any more emails, no need to respond

hi

been in hair care/ cosmetics industry for years

the end products for damaged skin are all fighting for shelf space

just take a stroll down a walgreens or cvs isle

from anti-aging to rejuvenating to replenishing to revitalizing, they all want a slice

the one thing your name is missing is.....
is it a creme, lotion, spray, therapy, medication, ointment, etc, etc

now if you add any one of those suffixes, it would make your name longer, but, more descriptive.

imo...

estibot mainly takes the keyword and compares them to search engine popularity. So basically any long tail keyword that gets a ton of searches might be misrepresented. Though that's not a bad domain name, I would create an affiliate product page out of it.
