I had bought this site off someone some time ago. The site has approximately 80 or so scripts which can be sold as is from the site.
The site is fairly new hence there isnt much traffic and no income.I was told the Flash header was custom made.
Orders are handled automatically. Once a customer purchases a script, an email with a download link is sent to the buyer. You can adjust from the admin panel how long you want to keep that download link alive.
Admin panel has alot of features with which you can manage all the categories, edit script description/title, manage orders, e.t.c.

Does the site only support payment by paypal and what payment options do you give?

currently only paypal. but im sure if you work a bit on the site, you can integrate other payment options.
