Shouldn't have been available in the first place from what it looks like since they were on the ICANN restricted and reserved list, so for those that have them, should be getting a refund.

This is not good for the new registries or for ICANN.

If Donuts is smart, they'll not only refund the registration fee, but offer a coupon for a premium domain of equal value.

The credibility issues are major and could bite Donuts in the posterior. Such an egregious error makes them look like rank amateurs.

Your poll is flawed because you should want donuts to try their best to get eco.gallery for you, if that fails then maybe they then can then offer you a replacement. green.gallery is not as good as eco.gallery but better than a kick in the teeth.
