afaik, after registration you do not have direct control over your domain name except to disable auto renewal.

*even to change the nameserver, you have to go through support.
edit: apparently changing nameserver cannot be executed via bulk instruction. must be done individually.

you also will not be able to access your domain name registrant and admin contact details.
they said the reason being it is privacy so they can't reveal it to you which is nonsense. you bought the domain name but you don't have total control over your domain name(s).

in short, the ambitionhost side have direct control over you domain name(s) and they may do whatever they want with the domain name without you knowing it.

however, for the time being the live chat support quite responsive and helpful.

if you think you can have good faith in them having total control over your domain name(s), you may proceed to grab this very low price promo.
