need good provider for unix hosting with whm and cpanels and fantastico.

I have 9 host gator account @ $14.95 each

need 200 gig hdd

bandwidth is not a lot, most of the sites are storage sites.

For storage I'll recommend you to use Dropbox instead of a web hosting account. It will violate most host's TOS to use the space for file storage.
