Not bad however I think the dark black background theme sort of makes the whole site seem sort of dark. You could use a custom logo, or at least some stylized text in the header image.

mmm colour combination doesn't work...colour stimulates users

front page is 6 screens long
average is 2 screens

It looks okay but it would be beautiful if the backgound be lighter and the header features day and not night.

The image under "Why Invest In Dubai Property?" should be replaced! It is too large! Website has no professionally designed logo! Webpage is too long, it should be shortened! Work more on text style as the website text is not visible and readable now! Gray-black color combination is not the best solution, try another ones!

You should reallt use a picture for each of the posts. Otherwise it looks like an adsense page. You'll definitely lose traffic that way.

I would implement a professionally designed, stylish logo into the header and maybe try and improve the font/colour style so that it's slightly easier to read. Otherwise you're on the right track IMO.
