I am looking for an individual/company with coding experience for Online Conferencing applications. I am looking to build an entire website with a web application.
I do have more details, and qualified programmers/companies can sign an NDA in order to get more info.
My budget for this project is about $500, and expect it to take less than 1 month to create and test.
