I own Apartments.cc, whose keyword has an OVT of 2 million! searches a month. It's huge. So, with such good OVT, I'm trying to think up a good website to create that I can market through Adwords and other means.
One option would be a White Label apartment rentals program, but can't find one. Another would be an information site on apartments, perhaps regional rates, contracts info, market statistics, etc, and then let the adwords ad provide the income. Maybe there are some RSS sources for rentals from newspapers, craigslist, ??? But I don't want some small income generator, I'd like to create something worth spending time on.
I'm looking for any creative ideas.
