Hello,

You appear to be referring to a Make Offer listing, where the seller has not accepted any offers and requested their listing closed to open a new listing due to all the sales crashing comments that were in their listing and violated the rule you quoted 6.1.1. - https://www.namepros.com/threads/com.1281053/

Hello,

NamePros does not have a rule that prevents offers from being submitted in BIN listings.

Sold at bin response from name pros
This particular situation was a misunderstanding due to a poorly-worded sales thread where the seller received a warning for the commotion that they created, the seller has discussed the situation with us at length, and we believe that the seller will follow the rules moving forward.

We hope that helps.

Sold at bin response from name pros: ”deleted. Reason: Cleaning up comments in listing / Proof of ownership provided”

Questioning why my bin sale was deleted: “Reason: 6.1.1. No commentary or statements in sales listings except by the listing’s creator (rule 6.1.10 applies). Furthermore: No Sales Crashing: Do not post anything in a sales listing that could devalue an item or hinder a sale from taking place successfully unless it is a constructive and relevant question. An exception to this rule is when the listing's creator invites discussion, commentary, or feedback at any time in the Promotional or External Sales sections.”
