Please fix this immediately; I am a paying customer and an American Citizen.

I have done nothing to harm NamePros or its users. My posts are amongst the kindest. You should be ashamed.

NamePros does not have a feature to do that ("shadow banning").

It doesn’t even appear under New Posts anymore.

Removing points, or threatening to remove points, is just petty and really an example of why social media is so toxic.

Previous points were left for a reason. There is not much reason I would would personally want to change them.

I’ve been without power for the better part of nearly 3 days. I spent last night spraying down my house & property because I heard the firefighters ran out of water.

I’m exhausted and really do have bigger fish to fry than points. I have no social media presence for this reason — not even a Facebook page, and I’m 45 years old.

Bravo Mod later showed me why I was confused about points — I’m getting tons by DM, but not seeing points change publicly (screenshot).

And he explained that moving threads doesn’t hide them; something else I didn’t know.

You also missed the part about me living in a high fire risk zone & being without power much of the week. I’m stressed, confused, and doing the best I can.
