How can we estimate the value?

Actually, there really isn't anyway to say what the site is worth without a full accounting of traffic statistics, revenue and expenses. Sure there are some intangibles, but ultimately, we are talking about how much time it takes to make my money back.

You can't really put a price on a community as new owners - new rules and therefore the reasons for the original price are no longer valid after a sale. I beleive that happened at one of the other domain forums

This is a great community and as long as I know this site will have the same owners and then RJ will give it to his son and everything will be passed on down the line.

I seriously don't have a clear idea of this site's worth. But considering the high amount of traffic, close to 10,500 members (soon I hope:d), and all the other factors, I'd say this site is worth mid to high $$,$$$.

But hey, -RJ- is the best owner this site could evet have!
