For those who dont know. When you receive e-mail from Namecheap and confirm the transfer you should go to GoDaddy and click on "Transfers" from your "Domains" menu. There click on "Accept" and you will not need to wait 5 days for transfer

This is not an isolated case as I have the same experience with many other transfers FROM GoDaddy to other registrars.

Last year I was keeping track and Friday had more domain deals and Monday had more e-mail hosting, VPS, dedicated, reseller, SSL's (I got several last CY Monday) and less domain offers.

Plus this year it looks like they are pimping the new domain extensions A LOT more than last year.

Hopefully Monday has more useful domain deals than last year.

Even though they disappointed me this year a bit, in comparison to the other registrars, they are the Best Registrar as far as deals on Black Friday & Cyber Monday.

GoDaddy was a no-show / no-deal again this year.

I saw the $1 hosting, and decided to try it with a forum domain I had sitting around. the order didn't go through because "could not connect to the hosting provider". hmmmpphhh.
