Name cheap suspended my .info domain and never notified me

I recently sold 2 .info domains in auction @ namepros and after receiving the payment i wanted to push the domain but the registery gave me no option to perform it, i contacted their support and got a shock the registery has suspended the domain and asked me to open a ticket, the ticket that name cheap opened which i was never notified via mail says about 20 5n.info and 10 6n.info which i registered last week was suspendedcby .info registery for Afilias Anti-Abuse Policy http://info.info/about/afilias-anti-abuse-policy , i never used the domain for any other purpose and i have no idea whats going on...have any one faced this issue ? guidance appreciated

That's a pure and plain shocker. Never used them much tbh and the reason why havent had much experience with them but that's pure illegal business.

Have the responded to your ticket or refunded your money?

Did you buy them from someone else ? and he was using this names for spam ? or did you hand reg after they were dropped some time recently ?

i hand regged them...it was not dropped i guess ..it just regd when i was reg random 5n and 6n .info ...

I believe you hand registered them, if so, here is what I would like you to do..

Check domain names against spamhaus db for spam listings.

If they are listed as blocked in the db, you will be required to get in touch with spamhaus to prove that you have just registered them by sending screenshot of registration in order for them to get these off the spam list. If that doesn't happen, come back to namecheap and request for registration fee refund since they sold blocked/spam activity related domain names to you!

.info tld is known and has been related mostly for domain names used for spamming IMO
