MySQL dump?

how do i make a Dump of "create tables" from either an existing database or a new one?

pointing me to the right direction would be appreciated!

wanna use mysql dump? if you have root access to the server mysqldump database_name > database_name.sql will work, but if you don't you'll have to use mysqldump -u db_username -pdb_password db_name > db_name.sql ... that's presuming you have ssh or telnet, too.
