yes, it's for the tld.
Personally I would develop a website that shows pc specs of users. Maybe you'll find something interesting on codecanyon that does exactly that.
Once developed it will go on autopilot and it's an easy website flip.

I believe it can be flipped for more, around 1K-ish. But will see, market will tell. If it sells I'll post in the sales thread.
