discuss My Prayers For Crypto Investors

With the erratic swings in the cryptocurrency market, it brought to mind that some of my domain investing colleagues might need support.

All joking aside, there are very real and serious consequences for many real people that invested heavily in this market.

I saw a couple of YouTube videos of people that feel they might have invested too much.

I do believe that cryptocurrencies are here to stay, and I know that there are people that invested early enough to be okay even now.

My prayers go out to any of my fellow Domainers that might be locked in for a while.

I also think that every investor should set some type of personal floor limit so as to have a plan if losses must be cut.

but with all this pairing nonsense .. .I guess its gonna get more complicated to figure out.. and me having bought trx at 15 cents.. does not mean I'll be breaking even when it hits 15 cents again

cause now you gotta look at relative btc/eth pairings vs trx etc..

Just hold it in a wallet and forget about it.....check back in a year or 2 and you'll be ok.

You are much more compassionate minded than me.Getting into crypto is inherently risky and everyone knows that. If they don’t they have no business investing.

How many domainers lose money every year on bad investments or addiction to buying names? We are a people of excess at least in the US. It all comes down to pick your poison and know that money only comes easy for very few.

yes... there are as many opinions on that as there are people on planet.. I guess thats why its called speculation and sort of gamble. you just never know what btc value you'll be waking up to. not for the weak hearts and people who like to sleep at nite for sure!

In my opinion, Bitcoin is the worst to invest in at the moment.

I have zero bitcoins. I was never convinced with this and always told everyone no need to invest in. I dont know really but looks like my worries are about to come true ...6K ...That is huge. What if it keeps going down? wow

yes possibly. but that still says nothing about investing in btc... which could become a terrible investment.. depending of course at whcih point you got in... it's all fun and games and easy profit if you bought it at 1$

I just used btc as example cause its the mother of coins.. the basis of most pairings etc

In Chigwell east London. Quite an affluent area. With the for sale sign above it's hard to know if it's a failed venture or if they just bought the unit. Not sure how I feel about it though. I mean you can't really teach anyone how to gamble. There's not even a web address that I can see. Doesn't look too smart inside either.

however, my point is still valid that in a week btc could be worth half of what you paid.

I understand, but still many investors investing in crypto currencies, and it's a good time for invest in cryptos.
