I've been advised that I may get around the deadline for highest offers by Thursday (and close some early) by selling the names in packages.

Also a bud here suggested maybe I do a buyback deal, where I sell them and buy them back, but I think the Judge would have a field day with that one.

OK I've promoted this as much as I'm going to for the ex. I'll be trying to respond to all those that made offers and asked for updates by either pm or posting to this thread. I'm sorting out the offers so far and waiting on some clarification on 3 package offers.

So all aboard that are going aboard and I'll be finalizing deals by tomorrow night (Weds 10th). I know some of the comies are going "whoop te do" lol, but I've been offered several $k on packages as well as 2 and 3 letter .coms so far. They are still going to go for too cheap in my mind, and I don't get a dime.

There is one option
MAke a couple of trades and sell some. Keep some of the investemnt and no one is any the wiser, and u get to keep some investment.
I'm sure you could hide and account somewhere for these top class trades

Thank you my friend, but I have to "keep my nose clean" as my attorney says. I don't want to be haunted by being too sneaky, but I can be creative. One suggestion was that if I got say a $2k offer on a name I didn't want to let go (I don't get a dime remember) I could sell 1/2 to a developer (for $1k), give them the name in exchange for 1/2 interest in the developed site, pay the other 1/2 ($1k) to my ex (so she still gets $2k) and end up with 1/2 ownership of the tier 1 name on a developed site and 1/2 the revenue that goes with it.

Final Update!!! Ending at 7pm est tonight Weds 10th. Can't respond to all the pms.

Have received an average of 34 offers per name and 37 people who want an update if their offer is topped. I can't do that, where would I stop.

By tonight, I will close on at least the first group of 6 names on the list.

You know what your offers are, and I've noted all of them. If you're confident with your offer just let it sit. If you are not and are hoping to see what others offer, that's not going to happen out of privacy for those that requested it. So just send your best offer via pm or email (better) to [email protected] and I'll note them.

The highest offers on each or as a package I will accept and notify the buyer. I will then post here that the names are sold. Tonight!

I will be offering the next 8 above starting tomorrow and will list them on a new thread, and take offers by email only. PMs fill up too quick.
