Site is fully developed and is a Music/Mp3 server for Indie Artists & Songwriters to store, stream, promote, and sell their Original Music.

Site has several hundred members, and tons of Original music.

Site ranking & Search Terms:
"Original Music" - Google #3 Yahoo #1
"Original Music Server" - Google #1 Yahoo #1
Most other search engines have the same ranking results.

The site is listed/linked on hundreds of other sites out there, published in a two or three popular music industry & promotion books, and was featured in a major music magazine last year.

The site gets on average, 2,000+ unique visitors per month, and about 170,000+ hits per month.

Rev Stats: There are currently only a couple paid members @ 40/yr. My focus for the first year was to get member and site stats going good which they are, but now I just don't have the time to put into the site like it needs due to work. It has so much potential. I will include some hosting with the site too.

yeah, $5 is a little lower than I was hoping for ..

High offer so far is $500 . I recieved an offer last year of $2,000, but I was not at all interested in selling at the time. Since then, the site has grown a LOT and gaind much more exposure in the Indie Music & Songwriting Industry.

Current BW usage is about 8GB/month - space used is around 4-5GB currently. I own a hosting company so it's not costing me for hosting. The script is a 3rd party, completely automated user signups, backend admin panel. I have developed my own custom theme, and have purchased unlimited user licenses for the software, and future updates and add-ons to the software are included.

Ok, due to what I've been offered before and also over the past week I think a fair BIN price is $3,000 .

BIN and I will thrown in it's two sister sites, SongwriterCafe.Com & SongwritingForum.Com - plus some hosting for all three sites.

SongwriterCafe has been up for almost 3 years and has been a popular forum and information source for writers and artists. I recently aquired SongwritingForum.Com and moved the Cafe forum over to it - so right now there's nothing on the Cafe site.


Also regarding the music site: The latest version of the backend software allows video content too. So the site can be used to host music video's.

I could be wrong but by the looks of things you dont get much website traffic at all

if anything it looks as if 97% of your traffic comes just from the streaming

eOptic, I'm not sure how you figure it doesn't get a lot of trafic - streaming doesn't count towards the unique visits to the site. 2000 per month is pretty decent, and it's growing each month.

File and page views are probablly mostly streaming, but they should be - it's a streaming server!
