Established Mortgage site - loan modification for sale - Affiliate program makes up to $32 a lead

This is a wordpress site that has been active since Jan 1,2008 (previous owner)

The site 1mortgagemodifications(dot)com had 725 unique visitors in July and over 2500 page views.

Content is unique, but the site is simple.

I set up an affiliate program that pays up to $32 a lead with home123. You will have to sign up with them or a similar affiliate program. In August the affiliate program had 13 clicks, but no sales yet. The previous owner's revenue claims (on the flippa link) were not true for me. You should be able to monetize this site, but I am not claiming any revenue.

I don't have time to run sites like these anymore. I have other projects I am focusing on.
