So the other day I receive an email notifying that one of my domains sold at sedo for the bin I had on it. Lo and behold I go over to sign into my account and setup the transfer process..... I get inside and commence to looking around...... and realize I sold the domain on namejet a few months back! I forgot to remove it from my account.... I contact the transfer specialist and apologize wholeheartedly and beg for forgiveness and plead for the transaction to be cancelled. Moral of the story? Keep up your lists of domains for sale in the future!

Yep I try to keep an eye on domains that are dropped or sold. It can be a lot of work but I don't want to get slapped by Sedo for making a mistake .

BTW, did you ever play Halo PC like 10-12 years ago? Knew a guy with the same username who was in the military as well.

Happened to me a couple of times. Once I dropped a CCC.net and it got sold from my SEDO account after 2 weeks.

Inventory management problem. Used to happen me.
But no more. My domain portfolio management scripts handle that for me. Each time I add domain to marketplace, the info is added to the database as a reminder. When the domain get sold, I know I've to delete the listings on other marketplaces.
Just at a glance, I know where exactly a domain is listed for sale.

I only really list with afternic and sedo so it's not hard to delete after resales. Thats a nice name, .tv can be lucrative but it's a crap shoot unless you're buying premiums at the right price.
