Michael Jordan Trademark and Domain Name Example Whats OK & Whats Not

Would appreciate someones input into registering & selling a domain with a Sports Figures name. Lets use Michael Jordan's name for example in the following hypotheticals which I'm assuming can be applied to any Sports figure:

1. Michael Jordan is in high school. Lets assume domain names existed back then. Can one register & resell at any time the domain name MichaelJordan.com assuming it is available and there is no trademark to the name?

2. Michael Jordan is in college. He owns the domain name Michael Jordan.com. He has not trademarked his name. Can one register & resell at any time the domain name MichaelJordanBasketball.com assuming it is available and there is no trademark to the name?

3. Michael Jordan is now playing in the NBA. He has now trademarked his name. As I owned MichaelJordanbasketball.com before he has trademarked his name he can't legally take that domain name away or take it away from someone if I sell it, correct?

if Micheal Jordan was 10 he could get his name from someone who didn't have legitimate use.

From what i have read infants are the only persons who can't claim ownership. "Cases were people reg stars new borns names"
