Hey all figured with the recent .io 6 figure sale and the nice .xyz sale by a follow NP member. We should open a showcase and discussion thread here.

Metaverse is a fast growing keyword, term and niche! Let's share and discuss our name and news.

I've only got One to start with but its a GOOD one my favorite ending keyword on most names.

MetaverseHub.com

Welcome! :)

Meta probably has different applications and uses in addition to Metaverse when it comes to the new technologies that are currently being developed.

There are a few Meta related applications like "Meta World" or even "Meta Virtuality" that are also important.

Meta Virtuality refers to a Virtual World within a Virtual World.

IMO

Doesn’t matter what I was willing to bid, matters what I saw in it...and I wasn’t the only one :)

Wait to you see who it’s going to / bought it!

Great minds think alike!

..you might change Your prospective on the name.

All I know, I’m learning, productively learning.

Visit the name now, and tell THAT SELLER She doesn’t know what SHES DOING .

Dare ya ;)

Congrats on your .one regardless! Happy for you.

I can’t say price wise for sure given it’s a hyphenated .io but I would def keep it.

But will say the same .com been reg since 2005 and owner doesn’t look to be letting go

Thanks for your reply , I asked that question because I own the hyphenated abbreviation domain form it m-v dot io

So guys I mentioned this on the other metaverse thread -

The bit I don't understand and I'm happy for someone to explain, they say the metaverse is the new internet, but I can't remember people going mad and registering Internet+keyword?

They shortened it to web+keyword, Net+keyword and Online+keyword and made it more streamline!

In my opinion the early adapters will use Metaverse+keyword just like others did with VirtualReality+keyword......then I think a more streamline term will be adopted! Just my opinion as always!

✌🏻

That is the making sense, logical progression, but unfortunately human behavior isn't always that predictable, especially when it comes to trends that don't absolutely require practicality. The best thing you can do is either invest in multiple possible outcomes or wait to see which direction things go in and reg/purchase as a late-comer. Either strategy can work.

There is also the possibility that the general public would prefer a completely different term that either exists already (like XR) or one that has yet to be coined.

Your "Internet" comparison was spot on!

tnx.. but really my sale got nothing to do with metaworld.,.io sale..

I never said the name wasnt good..I said meta world is top.stuff...

but not in this extension. not in any extension othr than com

of course exact words are exceptions..like my sale or xyz or the 175k io sale

the point I'm making is no investor, never mind enduser, should imo waste cash on non com mv names..

the gamble too big.

I dont have to visit anywhere or tell anything to anyone. this is my opinion and whoever bought it wont change it..no more than I will change their opinion apparently from what u say..or yours for that matter.

so that's for non com names..as for parkio if u buy three most cases u will never flip for profit.. the prices wont allow it.

imo at 11k the buyer of this name will never make profit. further he will lose big.

u can have yer opinion. but if u take survey most here will not agree with u..that u can flip it for profit at 11k.

well ...happy sales...

I'm just looking at some 'Metaverse' domains i've dropped in the past.

Metaverse247
Metaverse365
dot com

VirtualMetaverse dot com

This was almost 5 years ago, I probably wouldn't have dropped the 247 and 365 domains now.

I owned virtualmetaverse for 1 or 2.yrs.

I think I.stoped renewing it a year ago..

You knows what's the biggest problem with Metaverse domains, and for Meta&Verse ?

That investors are having hard times to enter as all the good ones are taken/expensive in aftermarket
:xf.laugh::xf.laugh::xf.laugh:

Patience is the key, as always.

true but that's how it is for all decent niches..vr etc.. I think to reg a good vr or mv name u need to go back what...10 yrs maybe

what are the best names metaverse names?

‘Metaverse’, That’s about it.

I honestly think ‘Meta Verse + Keyword’ domains are way too long and not great names.

MV, Meta and Verse + keywords work but still very limited and companies will probably use only a few relevant names.

I think he meant most valuable in general. That excludes MV because that it isn't a common practice to use that term, and possibly may never be. We all covered this already...
