information Mega list of Registrar Post Expiration Policies

When choosing a registrar one of the items to be aware of is the registrars policy after expiration of your domain.
For example, do they allow the domain to be unlocked? Pushed/transferred? How long can one renew after expiry? What happens if you don't renew during the grace period - can you renew afterwards at a higher cost?

This is a mega list for comparison purposes.
Note: since this info differs by TLD, for simplicity the info below is for .com only.

PorkBun just changed it's policy to match most other registrars, however their T&C's still state the domain will be sent to auction on Day 21 and if it receives a bid on or after Day 25, it can no longer be renewed. @Porkbun - please confirm which is the correct policy
