Too long - reg fee
abusedoctor - good for development. Pack the sites with advice/helpline numbers etc.

Agree.. reg fee... too many words.

UNLESS... and its a big unless, you find a doc that wants to buy a less than premium domain name (doctors have lots of money so they won't mind shelling out a couple k for a shorter domain name).
