I've decided to sell licensed copies of my custom coded lowest unique auction script.

These sites are all the rage now with big names like bidster.com and bidandclick.com, with this script you can have your very own lowest unique auction site just like the big boys. You can sell anything and everything plus hold member only free auctions, there's also a reaserve function so if the bids don't reach the minimum amount to end the time increases by 15 minutes.
User Interface
The user interface is very well designed (psd included) and organized, Check out the demo site at http://lub.site90.net. Make an Account and do some test bidding to get a feel of the site. Also if you are a developer you can re-design the overall look of the website.
Admin Interface
Nearly every aspect of the site is controlled via the admin interface from adding new auction to creating new pages. Check out the demo to get more of an idea of the admin panel.
