Do I have any rights to this name? I purchased a name via Sedo which had 2 weeks till expiration. I made sure I made payment in time, and although I was in constant contact with Sedo to hurry up and get the seller to transfer it over. He didn’t do it on time and the name went to auction where it sold for almost 5x more then I purchased it for.
What happens now? Do I get a refund and some compensation. If was the other way round and I didn’t pay I’d get banned.
